I’m Elizabeth, First and foremost I am a proud wife and mom on a mission to infuse joy, wellness, and adventure into every day. Our lively crew consists of two soccer-loving daughters, a happy son, a dedicated Peloton partner (my husband!), and me, an enthusiast for beach vibes and an active, healthy lifestyle.

Working in the HR & payroll industry for over 20 years I am an advocate for business owners.
